As a Muskoka Staffing Associate, I understand and unconditionally agree to the following terms of agreement: 1. It is agreed that the hours submitted for payment are valid and correct. 2. Associates must report their hours worked for the Muskoka Staffing office in Bracebridge by Monday, 9:00 am in order to receive a pay cheque in the current week. 3. Timesheets must be signed by the Client representative. Unsigned timesheets will not be accepted. In order to receive a pay cheque, the Associate must present a signed timesheet. 4. When placed, it is agreed that the Associate will under no circumstances seek or accept a direct offer of permanent or temporary employment from the placement without first discussing the opportunity with Muskoka Staffing management. 5. It is understood that the Associate will notify Muskoka Staffing of any reason for not reporting to an assignment, including lateness, sickness, injury, book-off, or leave of absence. 6. It is agreed that the Associate will contact Muskoka Staffing if the assignment is different from what was discussed with Muskoka Staffing at the time of placement. 7. It is agreed that the Associate will contact Muskoka Staffing once the assignment is complete.
