Casual Friday? 

Has someone worn something to work that made you cringe?  Then it was probably on a "Casual Friday"...

Follow these guidelines so you are not "that" person this year:

- Casual does not mean unprofessional
- Clothing should be clean and in good repair
- Don't show any more skin on Friday than you would on a normal work day
- Flip flops are for the beach, not the office!

Threats:  loss of key staff, economy financial backing, market demand...

So what should you do now?  Sit down with your key people, make a 4 square chart and fill in the SWOT blank spaces with what will become your game plan for 2011!
