The first question that most people ask is:  Do I have to pay a fee to register?  The answer is:  No!  Muskoka Staffing is paid by our Client companies.

Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the enrolment process which may include a telephone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview with either our Account Manager or Recruitment Manager.  At that time, you may be asked to answer additional job-related questions, conduct job-specific skills testing (if applicable), and provide employment references for verification.

Details of each placement will be provided to you so that you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you will accept the work assignment.  Details will include:  work location, company name, rate of pay, work hours, job responsibilities, dress code, and any Health and Safety equipment that will be required.

If we are successful in finding a placement for you, it's very important to understand that Muskoka Staffing is your employer, not the Client company where you are placed.
