Since 1997, Muskoka Staffing has assisted local business owners find individuals of varying experience to fit their staffing needs.  As the working world has evolved, so too have our services.  We specialize in finding the right people for the right jobs.  Our goal is to discover the employment situation that is the best "fit" by matching applicants' qualifications with the needs of our Client companies, be they full-time, part-time, seasonal, permanent, or contract.

Muskoka Staffing is committed to providing Associates and Clients with quality service.  Throughout the placement process, we are in regular contact with our Associates and Clients to ensure that each placement is successful based on feedback regarding Associate performance and input from our Client companies.  This information helps us determine what future placements may be right for an Associate based on past work behaviour and how we can best provide superior service to our Clients by understanding their business needs.

Muskoka Staffing is an approved member in good standing with the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services ("ACSESS") and has pledged adherence to the Association’s Code of Ethics and Standards.  To maintain a healthy environment, Muskoka Staffing operates in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

With our interactive computer “matching” system, we respond quickly and efficiently to fill placements with qualified Associates in a wide variety of job classifications.  Once we have thoroughly evaluated the exact job requirements, we carefully select the right people.  Clients can choose the level of their involvement in the recruitment, selection, and placement of our Associates in their companies.
